STUDIO WIDE POLICIES
Please do not bring children to your nail appointment. We understand that finding childcare may be difficult at times, however, we do not have the space for extra bodies, strollers or car seats. This is also for all of us to be able to provide you with the best service possible and to keep a relaxing, distraction-free atmosphere for other clients.
If you are not feeling well, please reschedule your appointment. If you come in sick, that puts all of us at risk of getting sick and we don’t get paid if we can’t work.
We ask that you please come to your appointment alone. We do not have space for friends/family to hang out.
Keep in mind that our studio is street parking only. The empty parking lot next door is not our property and you risk being towed if you park there.
MY CANCELLATION POLICY
Please TEXT or EMAIL if you need to cancel your appointment. If you have to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked. I have a 3-Strike Rule; after 3 cancellations within 24 hours, all subsequent cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% service(s) booked.
MY NO SHOW POLICY
If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service(s) booked.
MY LATE POLICY
If you are ten minutes late or more for your appointment, there is a strong possibility that I will not have time to complete your service. I always try to be as accommodating as possible, but if there is not enough time, you will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked.
There is no charge for rescheduling your appointment within my business hours listed online.
My services are available to those over the age of 16.
Any damage to your nail(s) after 48 hours from your appointment and/or damage caused by neglect and/or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for free repair. Repair appointments are available by contacting me directly and if there is time in my schedule.
