POLICIES

*YOU AGREE TO THESE POLICIES WHEN A SERVICE IS BOOKED*

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please TEXT or EMAIL if you need to cancel your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked. I have a 3-Strike Rule; after 3 cancellations within 24 hours, all subsequent cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% service(s) booked. 

NO SHOW POLICY

If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service(s) booked.

LATE POLICY
If you are ten minutes late or more for your appointment, there is a strong possibility that I will not have time to complete your service. I always try to be as accommodating as possible, but if there is not enough time, you will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked.

RESCHEDULING
There is no charge for rescheduling your appointment. You are able to do so by logging into your Square profile used to make your appointment. If it is within 24 hours of your appointment, it is no longer considered a reschedule and is considered a cancellation.

AGE

My services are available to those over the age of 16. 

NAIL FIXES 
Any damage to your nail(s) after 48 hours from your appointment and/or damage caused by neglect and/or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for free repair. Repair appointments are available by contacting me directly and if there is time in my schedule.
