Okay but seriously, I do eat and I do use the rest room 😂 because I schedule myself breaks!! It’s so important to take care of yourself. Do you schedule breaks if you’re a fellow tech? Or if you’re a client, it’s always okay to ask to go to the rest room during an appointment-plus I almost always have snacks available upon request!!
